Hot Stone Massage

This is a hands-on 2 day workshop for therapists who would like to add an extra dimension to their treatments whilst looking after themselves. Using hot stones in a treatment combines the relaxation effect of heat with the therapeutic effect of deep tissue work. The hot stones sink into the tissues enabling you to get deeper with more ease.
