WHAT ARE THE TIMES OF THE CLASSES?
Courses and workshops start at 9.30am and finish at 5pm at the latest.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Yes, you can pay in instalments for the Diploma courses. There is a one-off admin fee of £10 for this. Once the enrolment fee has been paid, we suggest 3 monthly instalments for the remaining fees. If you need to spread the instalments further, then that’s fine. We can work out an instalment plan with you on an individual basis.
WHO GOES ON YOUR COURSES?
All kinds of people study on our courses from a wide age range and from all types of different backgrounds. Some are looking for a career change, or doing massage to supplement their current income and others want to do a course just for interest.
HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE IN THE CLASSES?
The classes tend to be up to 12 students. During the practical aspects of the course there are usually 2 tutors, so the ratio is 3 students per tutor.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
All course fees include course manual, access to our exclusive Members Area with videos, templates, and other info. The Holistic Massage Diploma includes an Appointed Person’s First Aid qualification. The Aromatherapy Diploma includes a day trip to Kew Gardens.
DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
This depends on which course you’re enrolling on.
Holistic Massage diploma – no previous experience is required.
Thai Yoga Massage diploma – no previous experience is required (although you will need to either already have an anatomy and physiology qualification, or be ready to study for this in order to practise).
Aromatherapy diploma – you’ll need to have a massage qualification or do our Access Course first.
Sports Massage diploma – you’ll need to have a massage qualification or a higher level anatomy/physiology qualification e.g. physiotherapy.
Indian Head Massage diploma and Thai Foot Massage – you’ll need to either already have a massage qualification or an anatomy and physiology qualification.
For most CPD (Continuing Professional Development) workshops – you’ll need a massage qualification.
For Intro courses – no previous experience required.
HOW LONG ARE THE COURSES?
This depends on which course you do. Holistic Massage diploma – 22 days over 9 months (weekend course – 1 weekend a month), or 22 days over 5 months (fast-track weekday course held in 2 eleven-day modules) Thai Yoga Massage diploma – 8 days over 3 months. Aromatherapy diploma – 21 days over 8 months (about 1 weekend a month). Sports Massage diploma – 19 days over about 8 months (about 1 weekend a month). Indian Head Massage diploma – 2 days over a weekend. CPD (Continuing Professional Development) workshops – usually 1 day in group and a few hours as a 1-2-1 tutorial.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
For the Thai massage course, you’ll need a comfortable mat and a couple of cushions to practise at home. For any of the other massage courses, it’s a good idea to get a massage table for your own and your clients’ comfort. You’ll also need oils to massage with, and towels. For the aromatherapy course, you’ll also need to get a range of essential oils for your home practice. For some of the exams you’ll need a uniform.
What do I need to bring to the course?
For most courses all you need to bring with you are two towel and a pen. After your booking has been made, we’ll send you a joining letter that will detail exactly what to bring with you.
