What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'Universal Energy' or 'Universal Life Force Energy'. It is a system of healing that channels universal energies to their highest good that allow the body to clear itself so that one feels lighter, healthier and happier.

During Level One we will explore the process for self healing that can also be used on friends and family. It is a foundation of the Reiki system that will introduce you to this unique system of healing. Following the Mikao Usui method we will explore exactly what Reiki is and how beneficial it is.

How long is the course?

This is a one day course.

What will you learn?

You will learn how to treat yourself with Reiki as well as on friends and family.

• The history of Reiki and lineage
• Energy systems of the body
• Level One attunement to strengthen the student's connection to the Reiki energies
• The practical application of a full body Reiki treatment
• How to give yourself a Reiki treatment

Who is the course for?

This course is open to all, no previous qualifications necessary.

What else?

If you'd like give professsional Reiki treatments you'll need to complete Reiki Levels One and Two.

Following on from Level One, Reiki Level Two will greatly enhance your strength and connection to Reiki energy. It will also enable you to become a professional practitioner.

During Level Two you will receive the Reiki Level Two Attunement and you will learn three of the sacred Reiki symbols. You will be taught how and when to use the symbols for their highest good and also how to use them for distance healing, multiple healings and automatic healings.

You will learn how to give an appropriate Reiki treatment as a professional practitioner utilizing the new tools from the Level Two course.

• Level Two attunement
• Introduction of three of the sacred Reiki symbols
• when and how to use the Reiki symbols
• How to give distance healing
• How to give multiple and automatic healings
• Guides for becoming a professional practitioner
• Aura cleansing and grounding

Who is the course for?

This course is open to those who have already completed Level One Reiki.
